Managed two locations (First in Heights and Second in Humble) with ten employees. Responsible for defining PIC's Real Estate Information (REI) and title search/pre exam strategic and product strategies, Title rules, business development, pricing, product content, data acquisition and method of delivery of the products to market. The position interacted with customers and potential customers such as Title Company executives, Real Estate Brokers and Agents, Multiple Listing Services, as well as internal Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, and Data Management departments. Other roles included conducting focus groups to understand customer needs and requirements and communicating this information to other managers marketing efforts to expand customer base. Introduces products into specialty markets. Conducts market research, identifies emerging market trends and introduces marketing strategies. Creates trade marketing material, attends and leads marketing meetings and promotes products.
