• Responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank's Compliance and Audit Program(s);
• Supervisor of Audit and Compliance Department staff and oversee daily operations, including regulatory compliance and advice, problem recognition and resolution, and line of business guidance.
• Planned, organized, executed and controlled the Bank's day-to-day compliance activities covering Lending, Deposit Operations, Mortgage, BSA/AML Program, Non-Deposit Investments, and Insurance sales;

• Developed, initiated, maintained, and revised policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct;
•Advised the Board of Directors, Executive Management and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues;
•Consulted and guided the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks including conducting risk assessments;
•Coordinated and ran monthly Compliance and Audit Committee meetings;
• Evaluated new laws and regulations to stay abreast of all legislative and regulatory developments that might have an impact on the Bank.
• Designated Community Reinvestment Act Officer (CRA) and ID Theft Prevention Coordinator.
