Grant Regional has achieved four consecutive years of a Five-Star rating - the highest possible score - for patient experience (HCAHPS) by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as announced by Medicare.gov on Hospital Compare. Building on Tradition, A Vision for the Future In May 2017, Grant Regional officially broke ground on an extensive expansion and renovation project, which includes a combination of 32,000 square feet of new construction for the hospital and clinic space as well as 39,000 square feet of extensive renovation of existing space. The renovations and new construction will be completed in phases, with final completion for fall 2018. On August 27, 2018 we moved into our brand new Medical/Surgical unit and on September 10, 2018 we moved into our brand new clinic, outpatient department, and unveiled our new point of entrance for services which includes our beautiful new "main street"​.
