Nanshan America is the newest integrated aluminum casting and extrusion facility in North America. Utilizing the latest technology in equipment and processes, our 600,000 square foot manufacturing facility is capable of producing 150,000 tons of extrusion ingot and 50,000 tons of extruded product annually. Extrusion ingot is produced in 1XXX, 3XXX, and 6XXX series alloys and in diameters of 8", 10", 12", 14", and 18". Extrusions are produced utilizing either our 5,000 ton or 9,200 ton direct presses and can range in size from 0.5 pounds per foot to 50.0 pounds per foot. Our semi-automated material handling, heat-treating, and packaging systems position Nanshan America as the most technically advanced integrated aluminum extrusion facility to hit the North American market in over 40 years. Extruded product capabilities range from 0.75" in width up to 24.0" in width. This product size range, coupled with a variety of alloys and temper capabilities of F, O, H, and T, give Nanshan America the depth to provide Rod, Bar, Structural Shapes, Seamless Tube and Pipe as well as complex custom profiles to your applications in Transportation, Electrical, Consumer Durables; as well as Machinery and Equipment. Our experienced team of managers, engineers, metallurgists and associates are ready to take on any of your casting and extrusion needs.
