My daily tasks include ensuring accurate schedules are provided to all technicians and employees everyday, as well as handling the customer phone calls and foot traffic in the front office to schedule appointments for the employees. Overseeing all quality control of the work being done on the vehicles as well as understanding and educating myself on the customers vehicles with proper information from my employees to relay that information and upsell additional work to customers as needed. I perform the pricing of parts and labors on these quotes and then once sold to the customer, I order the parts and ensure a proper timeframe for completion and scheduling. I also handle our online and communications presence when time permits currently. I make posts onto our google business as well as facebook for advertisement and customer retention. I oversee the flow of procedures within the front office as well as the shop floor. Help organize and manage incoming and outgoing bills. Clean and maintain a professional front office to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
