• Managed two offices until a full-time permanent Practice Administrator was hired.
• Created a filing system for vendor, employee, and financial documents.
• Implemented policies and procedures to facilitate office operations.
• Compiled and sent documents and charts to attorneys and public departments to comply with investigations.
• Served as liaison between patients and doctor.
• Researched, purchased, and oversaw implementation of computer software and office equipment.
• Interviewed, hired and trained candidates for permanent assignment.
