People Working Cooperatively Inc. provides critical home repairs and services to low income, elderly and disabled homeowers who are often faced with illness, disability or simple old age, and do not have the resources to keep their home safe. Our core services are critical home repairs, energy conservation, and home modifications, provided at no cost to the homeowner in the 20 county greater Cincinnati, northern Kentucky and western Indiana areas. Our typical client earns about $13,000 a year. We employ 120 full time professionals and have a dedicated volunteer corps of about 3,500 people from all walks of life all who serve over 14,000 clients annually. We also have a social enterprise, Whole Home, that provides home modifications for people at any income level with the ability to pay. The Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency (CAA) is a private, non-profit organization that has served as a lifeline for low-income children, adults and families throughout Hamilton County for more than four decades. Primary Health Solutions is a leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southwest Ohio. Our mission is to improve community wellness through access to quality, affordable, and integrated primary healthcare. Primary Health Solutions strives to provide services to all members of the community regardless of their ability to pay. We serve patients through our nine integrated health centers, four of which are school based health centers in Hamilton, Fairfield, Middletown, and Edgewood City Schools. Patients are also able to access our mobile dental unit that travels between locations. LifeStream Services is the Aging and the Aging and Disability Resource Center for East Central Indiana. We provide services and programs to help older adults and people with disabilities remain independent. We also support caregivers who need help maintaining the health, dignity and independence of their loved ones. From meal delivery and in-home care to transportation and caregiver support, LifeStream is a lifeline for those who need help. Founded in 1975, LifeStream is a non-profit Area Agency on Aging that serves individuals in Blackford, Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Grant, Henry, Jay, Madison, Randolph, Rush, Union, and Wayne counties in Indiana.

It is the mission of Sunrise Treatment Center to provide high-quality, state-of-the-art, abstinence-based treatment to those suffering from chemical dependency. We believe that everyone suffering from chemical dependency can achieve abstinence from substances, but successful treatment requires a high level of commitment from the individual, community, support network, and a consistent, empirically evidenced approach to treatment. Sunrise Treatment Center works with the individual to bring together all of the resources needed to effectively overcome chemical dependency and achieve the quality of life that chemical dependency deprives from the addicted person.

The mission of Hopewell Center, Inc. is to help adults, children and families experience independent and meaningful lives. We provide individualized training and education to residents of Madison County and surrounding areas, who have disabilities or other needs, and to help each one reach their potential. We also exist to educate our community and encourage an environment that acknowledges the value and contributions of all people.

Cincinnati’s Ronald McDonald House is one of the largest Ronald McDonald Houses in the world! We offer a community of compassion, support and the comforts of home to families with critically ill children, steps away from the medical care they need. Our House can care for 177 families every night, including parents, children receiving outpatient treatment, siblings and other family members. By easing the financial and emotional burdens of caregivers and by taking care of important practical needs, our House allows parents to focus entirely on caring for their children.
