I have appraised various property types including Multi-family, Multi-Family Complex, Big Box, Shopping Center, Strip Center, Retail Condo, Supermarket, Car Dealership, Bank, Restaurant, Fast Food, Office, Office Complex, Mixed-use, Warehouse, and Manufacturing. However, I was involved in many reports as a part of a larger team. My responsibilities included market analysis, sale and rental comparables research and analysis, lease analysis, income statement analysis, data collection, and inspections.
