• Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for 400+ employees using Deltek-Costpoint Payroll System• Work closely with IT department and support implementation of e-Timesheet system for company• Design various management reports per Management’s request• Supervise two employees and process payroll for six companies• Verify time and attendance reports for accuracy and compliance• Responsible for all liens, garnishments and child support payments and monitored Health and Dental premiums for payments• Prepare, reconcile and sign off on all payroll related tax returns (Multi-State monthly taxes, Federal 940, 941, W-2 and State Unemployment)• Responsible for all Workers’ Compensation Insurance audits• Review and approve final payroll before payments are processed, including all tax transmittals to federal and various state agencies• Daily contact with employees on various payroll questions and issues• Work closely with Insurance Agent to ensure that insurances are properly shopped for best rates• Responsible for filing and monitoring 401K payments• Member of 401K management committee• Management Reporting System• Reconcile all payroll accounts to the General Ledger• Active member of marketing committee for various contracts for outsourcing/business
