When Catholics leave behind their passive, sporadic Mass-attending mindsets and embrace a purposeful life of discipleship, everything changes. When a parish is not just raising up more disciples, but training disciple-makers, they experience tremendous fruitfulness and growth in every dimension of their mission. The Evangelical Catholic (EC) provides leadership to local Catholic ministries to launch movements that raise up disciple-makers through expert coaches, consultants, and robust online resources. Our model is more scalable than a corps of missionaries, but not so scalable as to lose the personalized coaching that deeply equips leaders. Ministries sign contracts with the EC to engage one of our experienced ministry staff members. Our staff meets with a Point Person at their ministry at agreed-upon intervals to guide them step-by-step through the necessary formation and training to launch a movement. Throughout this process, they rely on the Reach More™ Evangelization Coaching System, an online learning management system, to deliver all the content used throughout this consulting process.
