Local 150: • Midwest Operating Engineers Health & Welfare Fund • Midwest Operating Engineers Vacations Savings Fund • Midwest Operating Engineers Retiree Welfare Plan and the Retiree Medical Savings Plan (RMSP) Account • Midwest Operating Engineers Pension Fund • Midwest Operating Engineers Retirement Enhancement Fund In 1972, the Countryside Campus became home to both the District 1 Union Hall and the Fund Office. Fast forward to today, the Fund Office employs over 100 employees and the current Administrative Manager is Thomas M. Bernstein. The Fund Office is also proud to house the first members only Operators’ Health Center since 2015.
