Gifted Resource Council is a notforprofit education agency serving the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. Its purpose is to bring together the resources of the community, the schools and parents to help bright and talented children achieve their potential.

MCPSA was formed in 2005 by a dedicated group of volunteers and member schools. In 2006, the Association began to expand the portfolio of services offered to the charter school community and hired its first Executive Director. Our mission is to improve student achievement by increasing access to high-quality charter public education options throughout Missouri. We envision all of Missouri’s charter public schools working together to maximize their collective strength to best serve students and families. In order to make this happen, MCPSA continuously develops and implements strategic services, resources, and partnerships intended to assist charter schools in providing the best possible public school opportunity to students and families. MCPSA is the only organization dedicated specifically to the needs of the charter school sector and has established relationships with the schools and earned a reputation as being the “go-to” organization of the sector. WHO ARE WE: The Missouri Charter Public School Association is dedicated to improving student achievement by increasing access to high-quality charter public education options throughout the State of Missouri. WHAT WE DO: MCPSA serves 59 member schools, their teachers, boards, sponsors, and most importantly, over 23,000 students providing policy assistance, resources, professional development, technical support, and state and federal compliance assistance.

-Deliver virtual training workshop sessions for regional businesses contracted through the organization on training concepts of conflict management, DEI and empathy in the workplace. -Revise learning curriculum in order to accommodate diverse learning styles of pedagogy and andragogy. -Facilitate effective learning environments for diversity, equity, and inclusive support. -Collaborate with Senior Director to provide training evaluation and expert feedback for organizational development.
