Completed all Human Resources duties on daily basis. Administer and complete Bi-weekly, Semi-monthly and Monthly Commission payrolls; which are approximately a payroll per week or more. This includes verifying timesheets in our payroll system, all garnishments and deductions. Use Reynolds and Reynolds system to complete all payroll processing including sending payroll into the Bank of America. Administer all the insurance for approximately 50 employees, orientations, handle worker compensation claims and much more. In addition to the Human Resource duties it is my responsibility to do many other administrative duties such as funding contracts, dealer trades, buy in new cars from Honda.
