State Line Foundries is a jobbing foundry located in northern Illinois that produces a wide variety of iron castings weighing up to 2,500 lbs. We primarily produce castings to gray and ductile iron standards but also pour alloys such as austempered ductile iron, high silicon moly and customer-specific alloys. We combine technical expertise, vast experience, the latest technologies and structured processes to deliver quality castings on time from our two foundries, which are located about five miles apart. Our specialties are prototypes and low-to-medium volume production, including replacement and service parts.
