Christopher Greater Area Rural Health Planning Corporation developed its first primary care site in 1979. We have 12 locations throughout Southern Illinois offering a variety of services including Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Nutrition, and Pharmacy. We offer sliding fee discounts for all insured and uninsured patients so that all of our patients have equal access to healthcare regardless of their ability to pay. ​

Our La Cross Dental Administration Office is comprised of a team of individuals that provides daily assistance to the offices we support. Our Administrative team supports the offices from a Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and Payment Processing stand point. When our employees know they are supported daily, they can focus on what means the most to us, exceptional patient care.
