Since 1916, Riverbend Head Start & Family Services has been focused on improving the lives of mothers and children in our community. Today, we accomplish our mission through our Head Start and Early Head Start programming. For the young child we offer early childhood education, as well as health and nutrition services. For families and individuals we offer parenting education, social services, family literacy and various individual strengthening and family support services. The St. Louis Area Foodbank is the bi-state region’s largest non-profit 501(c)(3) food distribution center dedicated to feeding those in need. Through our network of more than 500 partner agencies, we distributed over 42 million pounds of food in 2016. Thanks to the generous support from our donors and volunteers, we provide food assistance to more than 57,000 individuals each week in 26 counties in Eastern Missouri and Southwestern Illinois. THE WILLIAM M. BEDELL ACHIEVEMENT & RESOURCE CENTER is a company based out of 400 S. MAIN STREET, WOOD RIVER, Illinois, United States.

The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL) is to inspire and enable youth ages 6 to 18 to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. For nearly 50 years, BGCSTL has been providing after-school, teen, sports and summer programs for youth ages 6-18. The Clubs now serve St. Louis youth at ten locations (Adams Park Club, Ferguson Middle School Club, Grannemann Elementary School Club, Herbert Hoover Club, Lee Hamilton Elementary School Club, O’Fallon Park Club, Hazelwood Southeast Middle School Club and Riverview Gardens Club), BE GREAT Graduate at Normandy and Roosevelt High Schools; and, through our Mentor St. Louis Program, in the St. Louis region. We are also a proud member of the United Way of Greater St. Louis. Membership fees are kept low to allow any child the opportunity to join. An annual membership costs just $25 -- and that includes free dental and vision care!

Provident Behavioral Health is proud to meet its mission statement each and every day: “Building brighter futures through exceptional behavioral health services, especially for those with the greatest need.” Provident provides evidence-based counseling and psychiatric services to over 2,000 youth and adults annually, many of whom could not otherwise afford professional therapy. We offer services in our Access Center, counseling offices, throughout the community, and through telemental health. Provident’s crisis intervention programs receive around 70,000 calls a year from individuals in crisis, and 24% of those have thoughts of suicide. Our highly trained Crisis Intervention Specialists are available twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year. We are always here. We also offer multiple platforms to address suicide prevention, including community education and training, Survivors of Suicide support groups, long-term follow-up care to suicidal individuals and an interactive peer-support social media site called Feeling Kinda Blue.We are Dedicated staff provide safe, enriching Afterschool programming to hundreds of youth in under-resourced neighborhoods. We care for our kids out of eleven City and County schools under a social emotional model that offers enrichment activities, social clubs, community give-back days and STEM activities. Employment Connection is a nonprofit St. Louis community asset that breaks down barriers to self-sufficiency for individuals with limited opportunities including the homeless, ex-offenders, U.S. veterans, high school dropouts, women on welfare, and at-risk youth. Our Mission: "Assisting Individuals with Limited Opportunities to Self-Sufficiency."​ Offering more than just a job, Employment Connection provides valuable resources, training, and support to inspire and empower clients to change their circumstances and become employed.

Industrial Aid is one of the largest contract packagers in the area. We specialize in high volume shrink wrap, poly bagging, collating, assembly and fulfillment work as well. Founded in 1970, Industrial Aid today operates a 152,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility, making us one of the largest co-packers in the central United States. We provide services to companies of all sizes throughout the region and across the country. Industrial Aid is also a sheltered workshop for adults with disabilities.
