HECO Engineers began in 1982 in the Idaho Treasure Valley. The premise from the beginning was to establish an engineering group that could assist small communities whom could not staff an engineer. A unique idea that has developed purpose and method over the last 35 years. We are located in the foothills of Emmett, ID overlooking the beautiful Black Canyon Reservoir and Payette River. The school is a 30-45 minute drive from the greater Boise valley.
