In collaboration with the CEO, develop company objectives, guide operations and strategy, and oversee the administrative functions such as Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, and Finance. Develop and communicate strategic objectives and product offerings, identifying and implementing solutions to improve performance, and establish continuous learning objectives for employees to ensure high customer satisfaction. Manage significant vendor contracts and relationships, conducting quality assurance and testing for system updates and enhancements, and staying informed on industry trends and tools related to employee engagement, development, and retention.
