AGI maintains 100+ acres of primate breeding and holding facilities, and our large inventory of monkeys allows us to best serve your primate research needs. All AGI monkeys are of optimal health and are readily accessible for immediate availability and use. Individual monkey health records available to prospective clients upon request. Principal research areas currently include: Aging and Metabolic Diseases, Immunogenetics and Immonology, Reproduction, Neurobiology, Physiological Ethology, Psychobiology. Recent research focus: embryonic stem cells, AIDS vaccine research, women's health, developmental disorders, glaucoma and presbyopia, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, movement disorders, diabetes, drug addiction, and obesity. Veterinary training is available in primate biology, medicine, biomedical research, and behavior. Unique opportunity to work directly with monkeys.
