Perform a wide variety of operational functions related to the daily performance of residential construction services, including: • Serve as part of the company’s leadership team to oversee the performance, efficiencies and satisfaction of employees and subcontractors • Management of various company financial processes including cashflow analysis, auditing, reporting, subcontractor payroll and budget tracking to keep the company in great financial standing. • Primary point of contact for communication with clients for various points: updates on budgetary status, plan revisions, material selections and overall project status updates. • Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents, so as to be familiar with project details and budget. • Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Prepare and submit all required applications and plans for permitting with municipalities, as well as community review boards. • Maintain awareness of inspections throughout the construction process and keep project team updated on status of completion or corrective actions required. • Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue. • Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership Within this role, there is a demonstrated ability to use strong personal and professional judgment, which are invaluable skills for a role in finding the best solution to organizational dilemmas.
