• Manage the full recruiting life cycle process that includes: creating job specification, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers with the HR manager, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Aid and conduct 1-9 verification for incoming employees and audits when needed.
• Manage day-to-day HR responsibilities, including; salary/bonus planning, staffing services, performance management, reporting/analytics.
• Assist team members to resolve issues regarding their company benefits, compensation, and some employee relations by providing needed information or escalating concerns in accordance with defined processes.
• Developing, implementing, and training employees on OSHA standards.
• Serve as the primary translator for the company for Korean, Spanish, and English.
• Resolve employee relations issues and participle in conflict resolution and mediation.
• Aid in the gathering of information for the general management director to create business strategies for the company.
• Update and maintain HRIS databases(ADP/Paychex)
