The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area provides safe havens for young people by offering quality programs and critical relationships with nurturing and reliable adults. Boys & Girls Clubs give their members access to dedicated, trained professionals who can provide guidance in adopting healthy lifestyles and pursuing educational objectives. Most importantly, Boys & Girls Clubs equip young people with the skills they need to resolve conflicts peacefully, improve relationships with every aspect of their day-to-day lives and function as responsible citizens. Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area serves youth at 18 locations within Albany County and Rensselaer County

OVERVIEW NorthView Christian Church is located in Buford, GA. They serve the community and the world by bringing the good news of Jesus to those they interact with. They want to see Jesus' name lifted high, and glorify Him through all that they say and do. As the Director of Operations, I am responsible for strengthening their internal infrastructure and expanding their church launch campuses. HIGHLIGHTS • Develop a volunteer growth strategy that ensures growth, development, deployment, and recognition of church volunteers. • Lead overall improvement in the church's operations in all areas by collaborating with and influencing department leaders to value and build strong operational capabilities in their respective ministry areas. • Build a team of staff, contractors, and/or volunteers to perform the various facilities maintenance activities, ensuring a constant smooth operational workflow for church facilities and grounds.
