Organization The company was incorporated in 1956 and began operations in New York and New Jersey. The company relocated and consolidated operations in 1981 in Cumming, GA. American BOA is a subsidiary of BOA BKT Gmbh. The BOA group consists of 20 subsidiaries and other major shareholdings across the world.
