The Company is a single member LLC and owned 100% by Melvin Holsinger, resident of Tucson, Arizona. Since January of 2004, the company has now grown to over 40 facilities under its management umbrella and is now operating in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, California, New Mexico and Wyoming. Currently the company has approximately 20,350 rental spaces with just over 2,460,000 square feet under its direction. The company has a senior staff consisting of a Director of Operations (Korey Hanson) along with an Office Manager, four Area Managers and five office support staff to facilitate the overall management functions. Professional Self Storage has approximately 110 employees operating the facilities on a daily basis. The company philosophy is simple yet effective.
