Originally founded in 1961 as Gwinnett Teachers Credit Union, Peach State Federal Credit Union serves more than 60,000 members in Georgia and South Carolina. In 2012, the Board of Directors voted to change the credit union's name to Peach State Credit Union to better reflect our membership base. Peach State offers membership to the employees of our sponsor Boards of Education and many select employee groups and associations.
