I was responsible for production process optimization, daily operations, and inventory management at a growing specialty adhesive tape company with annual revenues over $3 million. I led a production team of 5 individuals with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction by delivering the correct product, on time, and with a near-zero defect rate.
