My responsibilities as Benefits Operations Assistant at ICUBA include but are not limited to: providing administrative support to C-level executives, coordinating monthly Human Resources Advisory Committee (HRAC) meetings and quarterly ICUBA Board meetings, creating monthly newsletters, providing assistance to Director of Operations on wellness initiatives (health fairs, communications, onsite events), and assisting the Director of Member Benefits with escalated employee inquiries on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.
