History: The agency incorporated in 1975 under the name "Samuel A. Montgomery, Jr., Inc."​ and Mr. Montgomery was the sole owner of the agency until his retirement in 1990. In celebration of our 50th anniversary and our standing as a multi-faceted agency handling Personal, Commercial and Financial Services, our name changed to "Montgomery Insurance Services, Inc."​ Our current agency is a third generation business and our holding company, Montgomery Insurance Holding Group (MIHG), includes Montgomery Insurance Services, Inc., First Keystone Insurance Services, LLC, located in Media, PA, and Allman & Company, Inc. located in Fort Washington, PA. Our story continues to grow from the small, one man shop in 1946 to a full service, multi-location insurance agency ready to serve our customers with the best technology, insurance companies and customer service available today.
