• Manage bookkeeping account and monitor internal controls
• Reconcile and monition all monthly banking activities
• Collaborate in administrative activities with other manager of all companies
• Comply with monthly and quarterly local, state and federal government tax reporting requirements for all the business (i-e, Tobacco tax, EFTPS payments, Delaware Lottery, Gross tax, Sales & use tax, etc.)
• Participate and prepare documents for bi-weekly Managers-Board meeting and Quarterly Corporate meeting
• Contribute to strategical planning, internal controls and operations of the business
• Accurate and timely recording and entering events for the business
• Process payroll promptly (as needed)
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accuracy of Financial Statements
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws, and legal aspects for opening new stores
• Human Resource Management tasks and comply with HIPAA policies
• Evaluate and accurately report Inventory Assets
• Preparing budget analysis
