Not Your Father’s Liquor Store - The Hazel's shopping experience is light, bright, clean and open, low shelves and wide aisles, easy-to-read signage, everyday low prices and plenty of folks happy to help you find what you need. Hazel’s is proud to offer Boulder County’s largest selection of wine, beer and spirits in a fun and friendly atmosphere. With approximately 13,000 skus, and 36,000 sq. feet, we are the third largest retail liquor store in Colorado. Hazel’s is a Boulder original. We have just one store, and we're located right here in Boulder at 28th Street and Pearl. We are locally owned and locally managed. We may look polished enough to be a large chain store, but we’re not. There’s only one Hazel’s, we are an extremely high volume store and pride ourselves on the extensive knowledge our department staff possess. With a dedicated donation fund, we proudly support numerous, local non-profits throughout the year. Stop in to Hazel's and make your shopping trip an experience, try something new, explore our temperature-controlled wine cellar, or walk-in humidor for an enviable selection of cigars, or peruse our new gourmet food section for the perfect accompaniment to that bottle of wine. See you soon!

SAVORY SPICE SHOP LLC
SAVORY SPICE SHOP LLC

In 2004, Mike and Janet Johnston decided to combine their individual skills as avid home cooks and bakers with their experiences in marketing and the retail spice industry to open the very first Savory Spice location in Denver, Colorado. After the immediate success of the shop, they decided to take their concept a step further and created a Savory Spice website. Building on the positive response to the Denver store and a direct-to-consumer option, they opened a second shop in Littleton, Colorado, followed by shops in Boulder and East Denver two years later. Now, Savory Spice and its franchisors operate nearly 30 locations across the United States.

MARCZYK FINE FOODS INC
MARCZYK FINE FOODS INC
Denver, Colorado

It all started in April of 2002… That’s when we first opened the doors to Marczyk Fine Foods. Pete Marczyk has always been passionate about great ingredients, but was frustrated at having to drive all over Denver to find them. One place for fish, another for meat, another for produce… you get the picture. Pete raised the funds to start his market, hired the contractor, found the staff and filled the shelves with products Denver had never seen under one roof: sustainably raised beef, pork and lamb from family farms, unique and interesting Italian imports, old fashioned sodas, milk in glass bottles, amazing Colorado-made products, and so much more. We are a neighborhood market where people can get great ingredients for breakfast, lunch and dinner or really excellent prepared food for an easy meal. We opened a second location in 2011 at the corner of Colfax and Fairfax, in a building that once was a Safeway store. Same great ingredients, plus a great, big kitchen to create all our prepared foods. In 2012 we celebrated our first store’s 10 year anniversary. That same year Pete and Paul's long-time dream of starting an in-house bakery for fresh baguettes and sandwich breads came to fruition. Our special events, like summer burger nights, our Colfax anniversary clambake, and the fall pig roast continue to build community, and the Colorado offerings just get better and better. Stay tuned, because there's always something great being cooked up at Marczyk's!
