As the sole employee in a new region, created several service sector & technology sector offerings to grow a small Research & Development company by $1.7M in 3 quarters. Provided all day-to-day Regional Director, Capture Management, and Marketing functions in the NC region under extremely tight budgetary constraints, simultaneously acting as a Technology Scout in support of Research & Development (R&D) staff- to strategic clients, i.e., the U.S. Army and CIA. Provided a new technology sector offering . Created, implemented, and taught the Ultimate Reality Based Attack and Neutralization (URBAN) Combatives Program (A program addressing all short-comings of the Modern Army Combatives program). Entailed development of Program of Instruction (POI); Researched, wrote, and published a professional quality manual as a government deliverable after Level 1 instruction; Acted as Lead Instructor for 120 Special Operations Forces (SOF) Soldiers. Instruction entails subjects such opposing force (OPFOR) scenario-based training, law enforcement defensive tactics, quick kills, psychology in combat, High Value Target (HVT) capture, multiple attacker drills, knife fighting technique, reaction to improvised explosive devices (IEDs) while dismounted, etc.
Developed strategic partnerships in the local community; Brought $500K in directly-related business to a key strategic teaming partner in one quarter, while broadening DHi’s past performance in the areas of small unit tactics instruction, combat convoy instruction, room-clearing instruction, reflexive fire, transition fire, IED-recognition and defeat, military operations urban terrain (MOUT) and opposing force role-playing scenarios. Supervisory Experience on Contract: 1.5 years; Experience as Daily Client Interface on Contract: 1.5 years.
