Nearly 300 team members work for the Royal Gorge Route Railroad, many of whom have been with the company for more than a decade. Their job is to ensure each and every guest has an extraordinary experience by supporting our front-line team of servers, bartenders, train attendants, customer service agents and retail staff to deliver on our promise of a spectacular, memorable experience.
