Western Nephrology partners with American Renal Associates as medical directors and attending physicians at 8 regional dialysis clinics as well as a home dialysis program that provides for both home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The practice currently includes 17 board certified nephrologists in clinics in Arvada, Lakewood, Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont and Westminster. Research Departments are housed in our Westminster and Arvada Offices. Our administrative office is located in Wheat Ridge and provides credentialing, financial support, and information systems support to the practice.
