Accelerate the implementation of a talent management framework related to performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and alignment with learning and development offerings to enable outstanding organizational, team and employee/business performance
With best practices, design, develop and implement innovative talent management programs and processes to improve depth, quality, and engagement of talent across the organization; including development and management of talent profiles, competency models, assessment tools, onboarding approach, diversity, organizational change framework, engagement models and team effectiveness tools, etc. to ensure consistency and continuous improvement
Oversee the develop, design, and delivery of learning & development solutions to support organizational needs using a blend of methodologies including technology enabled service delivery (LMS), self-managed learning, and on job learning
Contribute to the development and execution of overall business strategy by helping partners and leaders identify, prioritize, and build talent capabilities
Develop appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability, measure results, and optimize the impact of the talent management programs
Evaluate and evolve our performance management processes with the goal of producing a process and system that improves outcome and delivers a high ROI
Lead the overall Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs and deliver appropriate initiatives and actions to succeed and deliver on D&I performance goals
Serve as strategic advisor and leader of engagement and recognition, including annual engagement surveys. Provide thought leadership in best practices of engagement and engage across the business to ensure leaders place requisite attention to employee engagement.
