Sierra Foothill Conservancy is a 501C3 land trust serving the central Sierra Nevada of California including Mariposa, Eastern Merced, Madera, and Fresno Counties. SFC conserves natural and family ranches and forests using conservation real estate strategies including conservation easements and fee title acquisitions. To date SFC has conserved over 53,000 acres of important lands through partnership with private landowners and agencies. A membership of over 3,000 support SFC's work which is conducted by staff members based in the eastern Fresno county and the Mariposa county. SFC is governed by a 13 member Board of Directors.
