Our members operate a variety of programs including Community Services Block Grants, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), adminstered by the State Department of Community Services and Development, and the Low Income Energy Efficiency Programs administered by the California Public Utilities Commission (LIEE). Our members work to ensure that all low income Californians have adequate access to resources that exist to help fill the gaps.
