Processes complex weekly payroll for 30+ employees, (Prevailing Wage, Davis Bacon, Call Back pay, pay differential, reporting time, COVID relief and night work). Ensures all laws and company policy adhered to. Liaison for employees regarding company policy, Federal laws, State laws and benefits programs. Creates and ensures accuracy for Job Costing, Payroll Reporting, and Managers reports. Maintains employees payroll records and disciplinary memos. Assists in facilitating benefits program such as medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans. Inputs data for Workmen’s Compensation and 401K contributions. Implemented several process to improve efficiency and simplify communication. Communicates with employees and management team on policy changes, safety concerns and payroll trends. Ensures timekeeping and invoicing are aligned for accurate billing.
