The Laguna Beach Festival of Arts is a 501c3 with a mission to promote, produce, and sponsor events and activities that encourage the appreciation, study and performance of the arts. Throughout each year the Festival of Arts sponsors art education and provides art scholarships and grants. Every summer the organization hosts California’s premier open-air fine art show and produces the Pageant of the Masters. As one of the nation’s oldest and most highly acclaimed juried fine art shows, the Festival of Arts features the artwork of over 100 award-winning artists. Patrons can enjoy the work of exhibiting artists, demonstrations and art workshops, daily art tours, live music, special events, dine at on-site restaurants and much more. The Pageant of the Masters is arguably one of the most unique productions in the entire world. Audiences are amazed and enchanted by ninety minutes of tableaux vivants ("living pictures"​), incredibly faithful re-creations of classical and contemporary works of art, with real people posing to look exactly like their counterparts in the original pieces. 


The Irvine Ranch Conservancy was established in 2005. It is a non-profit, non-advocacy organization, created to help care for the 50,000 acres of permanently protected wildlands and parks on the historic Irvine Ranch. SBPEA represents government and agency employees within San Bernardino County

Provided Human Resources guidance to HomeWord, a non-profit ministry, as their on-call Human Resources Manager assisted with staffing, benefits and employee relations. Provided complete audit of organization’s Human Resource functions to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations. Worked with management to properly classify exempt/non-exempt employees, created employee handbook, developed Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP), developed coaching and counseling forms and processes, created new employee packet and orientation process.

At the Boys & Girls Club of the South Coast Area, we seek to enable all children, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. We do this through programs that foster academic success, healthy lifestyles, and community service. Each year, we serve more than 700 youth in San Clemente and the surrounding area.

Assisted with the many programs and activities in fundraising for the Jewish Federation. Created brochures, flyers, invitations, maintain reservations and prepared materials for meeting and events.
