This role is responsible for: • Assisting HR Business Partners with recruitment efforts by creating and processing job profiles and following up with potential candidates • Supporting HR business partners by posting open positions on appropriate recruitment sites • Conducting onboarding of student staff hires, tracking new hires to ensure HR Acknowledgements are submitted and all training completed • Assisting HR business partners in tracking employees on a leave of absence for compliance with Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA) and other regulations • Ensuring leave files are maintained with appropriate documents and notifications • Handling company’s Disability Insurance (DI) program and supplemental pay and time off is accurately recorded for employees on leave • Administering the company’s training platform: assigning courses and troubleshooting issues • Serving as Search Committee Member to certain recruitment efforts and positions • Serving as active member of the Employee Engagement Team
