Major accomplishments: Developed a custom Tenant Summary Report that the President of the organization had always wished to have, but Yardi system couldn’t create it. However I was able to transfer the Crystal report into Excel on the back end and with my skill of Macro in Excel, the report was setup & generated within seconds. This report was then presented to all properties owners and was implemented as part of the owners monthly reports. Key Responsibilities: • Prepared month-end closing and 12 different financial statements for both single family and multi-family properties totaling around 1700 units • Received and posted rents and processed bills for 12 different properties, or around 1700 units of multi-families and single family, with 12 different bank accounts • Performed A/P weekly check runs • Reconciled 12 bank accounts each month • Generated almost a thousand of 1099 as part of year end closing • Trained On-site Property Managers on how to process receipts, purchase order, and payables • Provided On-site Property Managers A/R aging reports, identified any discrepancies or resolved customer accounts. • Settled any billing discrepancy with suppliers and vendors
