STEPS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization to reduce the education gap by charging for tutoring and college advising services and donating 100% of the profits towards underprivileged students in low-income communities. So far, we have raised over $20,000 and have donated or plan to donate them in the form of technology that students in these communities can use. - Work alongside the other Executive Officers and Board of Directors to help the non-profit market itself and expand into regions across the U.S. to become a national organization - Interview, manage the progress of, and expand the Regional Director and Brand Ambassador team - Work on facilitating partnerships between school PTA's and STEPS in order to give back to the schools' communities in the form of scholarships for students
