• Summary: Represent businesses as “outside general counsel” through all stages of the business cycle: Formation, growth and funding, employment matters, civil litigation, and M&A. Leverage corporate and litigation experience to benefit each individual practice.
• Contract Experience: High-volume contract reviewing, drafting, redlining, and negotiating experience emphasizing informed and balanced decision-making between client’s legal objectives (e.g., reduce risk) and client’s business objectives (e.g., close deal).
• Corporate: Advise clients on variety of issues, including labor law compliance (e.g., employee classification), data privacy (e.g., GDPR), IP licensing and protection (e.g., trademarks), mergers and acquisitions (e.g., SPAs, APAs), corporate governance (e.g., minutes, stock issuances), and business strategies.
• Litigation: Focus on commercial litigation and defense-side employment litigation involving motion and discovery practice, ADR, fact-driven investigations, settlement negotiations, and cost-effective legal research and writing.
