• Recruit qualified applicants for manufacturing production and professional supervisory, technical and engineeering job openings
• Counsel employees, production supervisors, managers and office staff regarding performance issues, implement improvement plans and/or communicate terminations as necessary
• Monitor position moves supervisors make with employees to ensure that employees receive wage increases for promotions by consistent communications with supervisors
• Work to maintain a diverse population that promotes fairness and consistency in the workplace
• Daily open door communications with employees, supervisors, managers and executives; advisement and acttion regarding union grievances as they arise
