Conservatory of the Ozarks exists to provide expert music instruction to all students regardless of experience level, special needs, race, religion, sexual orientation, or age. All people derive benefits from musical instruction, and Conservatory of the Ozarks seeks to provide those benefits with excellence. Students of all ages and all levels of experience (including no experience) are welcome to take music lessons at Conservatory of the Ozarks.

The Kanakuk Institute was founded in 2002 to provide a place for young men and women to intensively study the Word of God and experience life-change through biblical community and the power of the gospel. The Institute provides the applicable essentials of seminary in a way that prepares students to live a Christ-exalting life in any occupation. Over 1000 Alumni have entered the business world, medical field, local ministries, and world missions. Thankfully, Sunshine School & Development Center was founded with a commitment to seeing potential, not problems. Since 1958, Sunshine School has served thousands of people in the community by offering a range of services in order to benefit every child and client that we serve. Our mission is to shatter limitations to enable people touched by disability, serving their unique journey through advocacy, therapy, and education. Because of our work, families are better advocates, students aren't limited by their labels, and adults with disabilities thrive in their communities.

Oversees all association operations and workforce initiatives. Manages TEACH Early Childhood scholarship program for Arkansas. Collaborates with Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and long-term sustainability while promoting organization's mission to connect and represent Arkansas early education professionals. Supervises six staff members, overseeing policy development, goal setting, and workforce education and compensation initiatives. Maintains accountability to the Board and funders.
