East Arkansas Family Health Center took on the mission of providing comprehensive primary and preventive health care services appropriate for the population served at each of our health centers since being incepted in 1974.
Offering medical, dental, pharmaceutical, ophthalmology, laboratory, radiology, and transportation services. EAFHC also provides preventive health screenings, diabetes and cardiovascular wellness and nutrition classes, HIV/AIDS care, and behavioral health assessments. Located in Crittenden, Poinsett, Mississippi, and Phillips counties, with a total of eight primary care medical offices and an HIV/AIDS care center.
EAFHC has been recognized as a "Health Center Quality Leader" by the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA), while five of their primary clinics have also been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a patient-centered medical home.
