• Primarily responsible for leading the design and development team, the testing team and co-ordination of testing and implementation with end users and business managers • Develop business process flows, identify workflow deficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement• Facilitate determination of solution approaches and establish system architecture• Develop and demonstrate application prototypes and engage users to solicit feedback• Lead the design and execution of data migration strategies• Supervise the development of test scenarios and assist with data loading for User Acceptance Testing • Establish training schedules and provide role specific training to end users• Establish change management processes and provide post implementation support
