• Served as the HIPAA Compliance Officer, Technical Service Manager, IT Director, MS SQL Server developer, Database Administrator, Excel VBA Developer, MS Access Developer, ConnectWise Manager, and Automate Administrator. • Held additional roles, including Jenzabar EX and PowerFAIDS Administrator, Programmer, and Report Writer. • Designed, implemented, and maintained databases, stored procedures, triggers, functions, indexes, views, joins, and T-SQL code for applications. • Led in the performance tuning and optimization of stored procedures using SQL Profiler and the Database Tuning Wizard and created multiple SSIS packages.
