Administrative Assistant
• Liaison between patient, administrative office, insurance agencies, and patient providers
• Schedule patient weekly appointments
• Prepare patient information for physical therapist and billing department
• Write quarterly reports and letters of medical necessity for physical therapist
• Receive patient appointment payments and make clinic deposits
Lead Physical Therapy Technician
• Delegate work activities, train technicians, and daily operations management
• Engage patients in physical therapy activities including exercise in gym and pool, stretching, and balance training
• Administer ultra-sounds, operate and clean ultra-sound machine
• Supervise facility and pool maintenance including cleaning, chemistry, and inventory
Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Exercise Director/Instructor
• Direct aquatic program, create schedule of classes; 12 one hour classes per week
• Recruit, register, and place participants
• Maintain participant records; collect, record, and deposit monthly payments
• Instruct one hour class of 12 participants twice a week
