• Analyze and prepare payroll data for 175 employees accurately and timely, ensuring compliance to
state and federal wage and hour laws under Davis Bacon Guidelines
• Maintain confidential payroll records while adhering to legal time frame requirements
• Recruit new employee’s and onboarding tasks
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end, payroll related reports
• Maintain and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws
• Create and present required training to employees and management in areas of benefits, relation
issues, and compliance issues
• Analyze local and national information for compensation trends
• Administrator of Benefits Program, duties included:
o Provided overview/explanation of benefits and deductible to employees
o Interpret plan provisions and resolve complex employee benefit issues
o Administer plans and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including
DOL, IRS, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, and ERISA
o Manage eligibility of retirement plan, contributions, loans, and distribution to ensure plan
compliance
o Maintain positive vendor and third party relationships and review service level agreements,
provide feedback and coordinate with vendors for improvements
