Construction One, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Bill and Barbara Moberger and their sons William, Steven and Robert. From its beginning, the company has practiced basic family traits of honesty, integrity, hard work and dedication to its jobs, thereby developing into a highly successful, national building contractor, now run by the second and third generation Mobergers. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Construction One, Inc. is licensed to build in the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico, enabling it to fulfill any client’s construction needs, regardless of location. Construction One, Inc. has been featured in both local and national newspapers and magazines for its superior workmanship and attention to detail. Construction One, Inc. is a member of the Builders Exchange where one of our Division Managers, takes an active roll in teaching construction related courses to the community. Construction One, Inc. is also an associate member of the AIA (Architects International Association), members of the Chamber of Commerce, Retail Contractors Association and Associated General Contractors. Supporting this staff are approximately 95 full-time professionals and a seasoned field work force that fluctuates between 150 and 250. On every project, our staff's goal is to develop a team atmosphere that fosters trust among team members.
